OK everyone, here are the results of the Orsett 2015 fun run. Sorry for the delay, I wanted to get them out yesterday but my scanner had other ideas. Thanks to all that made the day a success – Orsett Running Club (ORC) for helping with marshalling, contact with school and collecting equipment; Thurrock Nomads for helping with timekeeping and marshalling; Thurrock Harriers for fielding great runners that made the finish exciting; Paul at Orsett Stores for providing adult prizes.
We had 48 runners, a good improvement on last year. Profit after expenses was £189 of which £25 goes to South Essex Wildlife hospital and the remainder to Orsett primary school.
Some prizes weren’t collected so if you see your name on the list of winners and didn’t get a prize, contact me to arrange collection.
