Reflexology

Foot_ChartWhat is Reflexology?

Reflexology is a non-intrusive complementary health therapy based on the theory that certain points on the feet, lower leg, hands, face or ears correspond with different areas of the body. Reflexologists work holistically with their clients and aim to work alongside allopathic (conventional) healthcare to promote better health.

After taking details of your general health and background, your reflexologist will examine your feet.  The treatment is a kind of deep massage on different points on your feet and ankles.  They will look for areas where the texture of your feet is different to normal and give emphasis to those places.

Many people seek reflexology treatment to help with stress, tension and to promote relaxation. Although it is not proven to relieve any specific medical condition, this relaxation and improved well-being may aid your general health and help your body recover faster from illnesses.
